Weakest latte I’ve ever tasted. Foam not right. Watery. Took twenty minutes in drive thru. Had to ask for sugar, and then a stirrer. Starbucks should just end espresso service and offer specialty coffee shakes exclusively. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3

5/31/26 1700hrs. I was addressed as if the young man behind the register was only familiar with servicing young teenaged girls but I let that slide. After ordering the drink for my personalized cup, he stated that he wasn't going to pour the drink into my container. I assured him, that HE doesn't have to be the one to do it AND I've come to this location almost everyday for a week with NO issues AND as I paid for the drink informing him I'm still giving them a $2 tip for the crew regardless to this static. No one called my name to state the drink was ready because he never asked for a name with the order. When I got to the end of the counter THERE IT WAS. A piping hot drink in a paper cup, not the container that I supplied, that must've been too difficult lol The young lady that prepared the drink assured me that NOBODY'S gonna put the contents in my personal cup. I informed her that I'd like my $6.10 along with the $2 I gave as a tip. She said "alright but you're gonna leave". NOW I'm really bothered by this whole pathetic experience. I told her I'm not going anywhere ,GIVE me back my money. This young women withheld my money because she felt she had some kind of power over me and we continued to have words back and forth. She picked up the phone and called the police and I assumed that they told her to grow up and get over herself. Some other employee came from a side door and proceeded to give me what I was owed. I'll avoid this particular establishment as it were poop on the street... Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

There are plenty of times that i have come to this location and spent a few hours before heading to a client or simply to work for a few hours. I try to come early at opening to be specific and when I come early the staff is usually busy prepping and I usually just give them a few to do that. I walked in today and the manager was there. I know she is the manager because I have sat right next to one of the tables by the door as she conducted interviews or meetings ( at least to me, it sounded like an interview). I barely got a good morning when I walked in and I was quite impressed because they updated the furnisher. I said wow it looks great here. NO response. I put my items down and walked up to the counter as the two staff members passed right by and said nothing. Cool, I actually get it, they are still preparing everything for the day. In the meantime I sat down and took my laptop out as the manager wiped the tables down. I ask, when did you update the place? I believe she started last week or maybe two. Then she states, oh you have to buy something, you can't stay if you're not purchasing an item. I had to pause briefly because Mind you, her tone was like dont ask me about the decor buy or go.... That was how it came across. I said to her, I just walked up there and a staff member walked right by me. So I figured I would give them a minute and I've never sat in here (or any other coffee shop ) and not purchased anything. What pissed me off is that she was standing right there when I walked up and my debit card was still on the table ( because I AM WAITING TO MAKE A PURCHASE) and I had not even been in there for 2 minutes. FYI - DON’T TALK TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT PURCHASING ANYTHING WHEN YOUR STAFF IS WALKING RIGHT BY THE CUSTOMER and not even ACKNOWLING THE CUSTOMER. THE CAUCASION HEAVY SET FEMALE MANAGER Should stick to talking to her staff if you can't be pleasant to customers and thinking you have to address a customer about paying for coffee when they just walked in and sat down (Like i stated, I only sat down because when i walked up there the staff behind the counter just kept prepping). I really don’t like patronizing stores when they are unfriendly. PLEASE put up a sign so you don't have to talk to the customer about buying something the MINUTE they walk in. It's such a turn off and if it wasn't 5:30 in the morning I would have just left. About 15 - 30 min another guy comes in and he greets me and it appears he may have been the owner. Needless to say , now she was pleasant and making conversation with a customer. CUSTOMERS MAKE A BUSINESS SO REMEMBER THAT when assuming you have an issue the minute someone walks into your establishment. I PATRONIZE a lot of coffee shops, i prefer local non franchises but starbuck opens the earliest. SHOUT OUT TO the barista he was professional, to the KROGER location down the block. I joke that it's like the show CHEERS ( Who knows the theme song: Where everybody knows your name, And they're always glad you came) when you walk in there. Also SHOUT OUT TO the location on Briarcliff and Clairmont i visited there about 3 weeks ago and it wasn't fake forced friendliness because someone of authority was there. YES, I made time today.
