Very rude workers. I have visited Starbucks everywhere in the world. They are all professionals and friendly. I have visited this place three times and have experienced same rudeness. I am a very big fan of Starbucks it’s very sad to see and experience this.

Despite cakes on display, they refused to offer as they were starting to “wrap up”! Quite rude while taking the order. What was also astonishing is that they prepared too many portions, was already visible with coffee overflowing from the mixer, further the extras (at least 2) were simply thrown in the bin!! This was all contrary to the wonderful experience we had at another one (in dusseldorf, Erkrather strasse) a day before!!

Cup/ mug was not cleaned properly (had lipstick marks and old coffee stains), the server was rude and did not provide the expected service/ apology you would want after drinking out of a dirty cup. I can only imagine the other unhygienic things that go on if this is what I experienced. Especially poor service considering the global pandemic right now. Don’t go there. EDIT: Then HR tell to send an email as a reply to this review ... for what reason I am unsure, I never got a response.
