This is the second time I have purchased coffee from this location and the cup lid was not properly closed, causing the coffee to spill on my clothes and inside my car. I did not leave a complaint the first time because I wanted to forgive the employee and I did not want anyone to lose their job. However, this time I was burned in a sensitive area because of the hot coffee spill. I hope the staff will pay more attention to properly securing the lids to prevent this from happening again to me or other customers. Service: 1

Thank you for making me late for work yesterday. I always order ahead through the app and pick up in the drive through. This morning I knew I was in for a very crazy busy work day, one where I might not get a lunch break. I decided to treat myself to a shaken expresso. The energy boost was needed. I got to the drive thru speaker, I was informed they had my drink ready and to pull forward. When I got to the window I was told to pull into the pick up parking spaces they had "spilled" my drink and would need to remake it. Those parking spaces are terrible to get out of depending on how much traffic you have pulling in! I watched as car after car that was behind me was served and pulled away while I waited. I order ahead so I can pull in and go. I feel like my drink should have been made ahead of the cars behind me. I cannot wait for scooters or 7brew to be completed. Thanks for making an already difficult day just a little bit worse!!! Service: 1

Polyweekly customer to this location. I never have had an order wrong or complained until now. I had drink and food order messed up called talked to a manager and she apologized and said she would refund me but couldn't over the phone so told me she wrote my name to get whole order correct next time. She apologized because they said they had a bunch of new people. I go today and Isla the manager was so rude. She said so we're just making the drink right? And I said both items were wrong and then she made a face at me like I was lying and I told her what was wrong and she said that was crazy that they would have done that in a sarcastic way. I unfortunately won't be coming back to this location and will be letting everyone I know not to as well. It's just not worth paying $14 being stuck at work with the order wrong and no access to other food or drink and coming back for the next manager to treat me that way about their mistake.
