This Starbucks is in a grocery store, so the atmosphere only gets 4 stars. However, the friendliness of the staff more than makes up for the lack of "coziness." Jamie and the rest of the staff are amazing. After some start-up hiccups, they have gotten this location running smoothly! My drinks are consistently delicious, and special modifications are never an issue. One of the things I really enjoy about coming here is that the barristas pay attention to my orders and give me recommendations based on what I like. I have ended up trying several new things on the menu (and liking them) that I never would have thought to order otherwise. I would highly recommend this Starbucks! Jaime and all her staff especially Taylor is amazing. Very friendly professional and on point. I feel like a starbucks family member and I am just a customer who appreciates all their services. Jaime is a very good supervisor and there's just no words to say they make me feel as a valued customer. Please recognize all them for their outstanding customer service especially this location being new. Thank you Eaton Starbucks- you're the best! It’s nice having a “closer to home” Starbucks around, but my drink is never made right. I order the same drink at every location that I go to including this one (a venti iced chai latte with extra pumps of chai) and it has consistently tasted like a cup of milk with a hint of chai - assuming they are making it the standard recipe and not what’s printed on the order. The 2-3 times that it appeared to be made right, it tasted like hazelnut - which I’ve never experienced before. The employees also aren’t very friendly and seem to make a point to ignore your presence when you’re standing at the counter for 5-10 minutes to simply get your drink order fixed (which had they spent 3 seconds reading the order and making it right in the first place, I wouldn’t be standing there). Definitely could use some training! Service: 2
