Este es mi sitio favorito por qué me preparan mi café cómo me gusta por años,pero hoy cómo a las 7 y unos minutos de la noche fui a comprar cómo de costumbre,pedí el mismo café que tomado por años y cuando me lo entregaron no sabía a nada le digo a la chika que si me lo puede volver a preparar y cuando lo probé sabía horrible cómo a quemado y sin sabor ella no fue nada amable,estaba molesta y salí muy disgustada por que tuve que hechar el café a la basura yo espero esto nunka me vuelva a suceder por que siempre han sido muy amables hasta hoy. The staff here is honestly disgusting. Stopped here to grab a coffee a half hour before they closed, and my daughter who has Irritable Bowel Syndrome needed to use the restroom. Mind you, I’m a paying customer 10 minutes before they even closed, their closing person is banging on the door, rushing me as I’m helping my child pass a bowel. If anyone doesn’t know, IBS is very serious and you can literally DIE from it if you can’t pass a bowel, etc so I explained to the lady that they still have 10 minutes to close, and I explained that a little girl is trying to finish up and she CANT FINISH WITH THE LADY CONSTANTLY BANGING ON THE DOOR!!! Instead of having a little compassion, she continues to knock on the door claiming she’s going to lock the doors, threatening us that she’s going to call the cops, etc. I will certainly be getting her name TODAY and making a report with corporate!!! Starbucks in general is just racist and it shows every time I come here. The funniest thing about it is the fact that my daughter is HISPANIC. Not black. But they see she has a black mom, so they try to treat us differently. This will NOT be the last time this company is hearing from me! I also have over 30k followers via Twitter/X and I will continue to let this situation be KNOWN until something is done about it!!! Price per person: $20–30
