First off I want to say I feel terrible for the workers of this location. Waves of west genny kids at 2pm and incredibly understaffed. The other day I waited 25 minutes for a lemonade and the store was empty and drive thru was not busy. The girl making it was clearly upset with other staff and didn’t even announce the names of the orders when she completed drinks. As an ex barista I felt for her because she was surrounded by other stressed workers but incredibly unprofessional behavior that caused more confusion. The order counter was covered in boxes and ingredients, multiple people making the same drink, poor customer service. I actually stepped in and was communicating with the team and customers trying to fix things. Management at this location needs to get their act together and take a stand against corporate as I’m sure this is where the problems come from. More staff is NEEDED. This location is Hell and I won’t be returning. Prayers for the team at this location. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location is always short staffed! Slow service and incorrect orders. I waited over 30 minutes for my order in the drive thru this morning and then was given the incorrect drink. This happens consistently! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm new to Starbucks so the employees were welcoming and patient when assisting me with my refresher order. The inside was very clean and quiet. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $1–10
