This Flowood Ms Starbucks absolutely needs corporate to come in and train this staff. They offer coffee by the pound . They even offer customized options for grinding the coffee beans. I have ordered ground coffee beans monthly for five months. The only correct order was the first one where I waited in store for 19 minutes to get it ground up. The last four times I have been, I had to return to get the customized order correct. They refuse to read the order and grind the coffee. Why do you offer a service but refuse to read the customized instructions that you offer. I have talked to numerous people in the drive thru. They are annoyed and do not grind coffee. Do better Starbucks. And leaving additional complaint information for me to contact is a joke on your part Corporate. I have gone through channels. Nothing is done. Do better we deserve a nice place to get a treat not disappointment every time. One person in that establishment has been kind and tried to remedy my problems but she is only one person. She should not have to do it all alone.
