I always order my refreshers with no ice because I don't like cold drinks. At this Starbucks (Fort Riley PX), the staff consistently tells me they can’t fill the cup without ice—unless I specifically ask to pay extra. Even then, they act like it’s a hassle and are often rude about it. Today in a rush, I placed a mobile order and couldn’t find an option to ask for a full drink. As expected, I was handed a half-full trenta that didn’t even fill my venti cup at home. I’ve never had this issue at any other location—most places kindly offer the option to pay more without the attitude. That said, the drink itself was delicious—what little there was of it. I understand they are likely following policy, but I would gladly pay more to get a full drink. In that regard, Starbucks needs to provide that option in-app and Fort Riley baristas need to work on their customer service. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
