Tienen que entrenar más al personal por que entre platicas entre ellos mismo y no hacen su trabajo y se molestan mucho

I absolutely love the staff at this location, they are all very friendly and have no problem stopping to give me a sip lid or a water anytime I asked, they even greeted me with a warm Happy Birthday today which was the sweetest! My favorite morning stop for coffee! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Let me brag about the service I received today. Went through the drive thru today and ordered me a ice blonde vanilla latte I’m guessing the barista didn’t hear me say vanilla lol, but it’s okay I called them to let them know my vanilla was missing and I didn’t need it remade just some vanilla syrup. Whoever answered the phone was so sweet and helpful. Makes my day when I get great customer service!! oh and by the way the note on the drink is exactly what I needed today so thanks for that also. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
