This is the second time within a week that my order was made incorrectly! In addition to making the order incorrectly, the barista gave me attitude, never said thank you or have a nice day, and I waited for close to ten minutes for the order . Huge opportunity for improvements in customer service and order efficiency. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited this location on June 2, 2026 @ 5:32pm because I had an appointment in the area. While the store is large and very clean, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The staff seemed disengaged and dry, not even offering a simple greeting or smile.Beyond the service, I ordered two caramel Frappuccinos, but unfortunately, they tasted completely bland and missed the mark entirely. I'm not sure if a new trainee was learning, but they were definitely not up to Starbucks standards. I won't be returning to this location." Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Horrible experience at drive through. I asked for a stirrer and employee Natali had a couple stirrers in her tip jar. She removed one from the money jar and tried to give to me. I told her it’s for my coffee, I would like a clean one she completely ignored me. How unsanitary, unprofessional and rude. Instead she told me oh we don’t litter. Ok yea it’s a no no for me Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30
