I have no choice but to leave a 1 star if I could give 0 stars definitely would this has been more the. 1 time at this location.So you order food on a mobile app . App says it’s ready come to pick it up . Why do I have to wait another 10+ minutes for my food mind you there’s no line there’s about six employees inside just laughing and giggling doing nothing but the service is so slow. It’s ridiculous. It’s crazy. This isn’t my only instance I had at this location. I want to pick up an order last week and the guys like give my drink and he’s like can I help you and I’m like yeah I have three other items and then he’s arguing with me about it, which is crazy. The service at this location just sucks and it’s extremely slow. They need to work on it because I’ve never been at a Starbucks and had such a horrible service such as this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Starbucks is usually one of my favorite coffee spots, but this location was a very disappointing experience. The staff seemed poorly trained and lacked basic customer service skills. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and even then it still wasn’t entered correctly. I hope management takes a closer look at training and communication at this location, because it does not reflect the standard I expect from Starbucks. Service: 1

This was a lovely, fairly recently built or remodeled Starbucks. High ceilings. Light colors. Slightly industrial look with exposed ducts. Very friendly staff. Delicious lattes with beautifully creamy foam Price per person: $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
