One of the worst Starbucks around. Staff is always disheveled, snippy and dismissive. No matter if you are picking up at 5am or 5pm, it's always the same. You feel like being their customer is a burden. Not to mention the quality of drinks is never the same. You can order the same beverage 3 days in a row and it will be different every single time. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

I stopped at the Starbucks in Jarrell, TX and tried to pay with a $100 bill. I always pay with cash at Starbucks and have never had an issue getting change back. Unfortunately, this location refused to accept my payment because they said they didn’t have enough change. It was inconvenient and disappointing, especially since this has never happened to me at any other Starbucks. I hope management can address this so customers aren’t turned away simply for paying with cash. Service: 1

It’s the only Starbucks we have in town and the employees can’t even make a drink, right. No matter the simplest drink. They’re also Very rude and have no idea how to handle customer service in any way shape or form. By far the worst tasting Starbucks I have ever been to. Very dissatisfied every time I go here which is why I stopped. I don’t know why I keep giving them a chance, but I do and I keep regretting it every single time. I suggest not going here at all in any way shape or form if you want to be disappointed! Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
