I went to Starbucks to redeem a birthday cake on the 16th. A staff named Syaqira told me that I must buy a beverage to redeem the cake after 24 hours. (Means she knew that i wanna redeem the cake with this beverage order) In the next second, she asked me if I wanted to buy a lunch with promotion price or not. BUT she didn't tell me that I can't redeem the birthday cake if I use the promotion price to purchase that beverage. This morning, I went to redeem the cake and the other staff told me that I could not redeem cake due to the promotion price issue. Actually i don’t mind to purchase one more beverage, I just feel a little bit cheated. To staff Syaqira, You are really a good employee, and you helped starbucks earn one more business today. Well done!
