On 06/28/2026 me & my husband went to Plainview center Starbucks, I asked for grande Misto while I was on the phone my husband waited for 25-30 min while all the employees were taking to each others, I was outside waiting for my husband he came out really upset I asked what happened he said his shirt got coffee stain also the misto isn’t the right one, I went inside I opened up the lid one of the employee was being really rude talking so loud & condescending ways not even apologizing & saying who stain your shirt to my husband i had to tell the employee to quit before it could go really bad meanwhile the one who was incharge did not do or say anything to that employee in order for him not to talk so loud or being rude to customers, I did ask for manager then the girl said she was in charge I said she needs to stop the employee all she did smile didn’t say anything. I think this place need good management instead of standing out there talking back to customers loud & be condescending. Very bad customers service & rude employees Service: 1

Very, very poor customer service.They took absolutely positively forever to even give me the orders that I was supposed to deliver for uber.They did not have adequate supplies.And they told me it would take ten minutes for them to service.Me meantime, i'm missing other deliveries, burning up my time, energy and gas very disappointed with this place
