I typically go to the Starbuck's in Auburn MA as I live closer to there and they're amazing. When I come to Dayville I come to this location. I'm not sure if it's a new location but I just found out about it a couple months ago searching on my GPS since the one in Target isn't good either. I've came here around 5 times so far and each time has been bad. One time there was no one in here and my one drink took 20 minutes to make, my coffee is always gross and not made right, and today I got a strawberry Acai refresher with lemonade that had 2 berries in it, was so watery and way too sweet. I don't know why it's so hard to make a drink when there's no one even in there. The one in Auburn is packed daily and STILL makes their drinks perfect. This location is dead which I see why, and everything is horrible including the workers who don't speak. They really need to take the time to hire better workers and put more effort into the location. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I need to speak to the manager of this establishment. I have a problem with Grace, your barista. What ever you are paying her, is NOT enough. This girl had patience of a saint, kind, helpful, and made the experience enjoyable as a single mom of two kids. Give her a big fat Christmas bonus or at least a raise! NOW! - a random mom in target. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
