The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The service at this one NEVER fails to disappoint. Do y'all require this location to harvest and roast the beans before they make each drink? Or maybe they are milking cows and almonds? Not sure... but if they were any slower they would be asleep. I seriously need to give up on this location. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered a black coffee and was wondering why it was taking so long to get my drink. After about 15 minutes I went to the counter and asked why my order was taking so long and the staff told me my drink had been sitting behind the counter this entire time because I was forgotten about. Also don’t understand why your staff will tell customers they can make coffee French press style and then flip the script and say they can’t This location literally sells Starbucks branded French presses It’s a hard to make Really pathetic performance from a multi billion dollar coffee chain Food: 1 Service: 1
