Meh, I’ve definitely been to better Starbucks than this one. The staff is indifferent to you being there, the atmosphere is sterile and dry. The coffee is fine. Local coffee shops have much better drinks and service, and their atmospheres are unmatched. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I had a HORRIBLE experience on Saturday afternoon at this Starbucks!! I was going through the drive through to get my coffee and I had to wait 20min in line. This is unacceptable and I would have left the line had I been able to. I finally got to the window and they charged me for the wrong order!!! Like come on! The employee at the window said she had accidentally charged me an extra 2 dollars and said she will get the manager and fix it. The manager Sarah came over to the window and was very rude and very loud, she also demanded that I pay even MORE MONEY!!!!!!!! I feel like this store is a joke and I think the employees and managers are as well!! I feel as though I had gotten robbed after wasting most of my day in the drive thru line!! I will not be returning to this Starbucks! You guys are a huge disappointment!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
