This store is ran by a bunch of people with nasty attitudes who are insensitive people. I will never ever be back unless this is made right. I came through the drive through and ordered a WHITE hot chocolate, with WHITE chocolate mocha because I have an extreme sensitivity to caffeine and this is one the few drinks I can have. I took a sip and instantly knew this was made with MOCHA, and went into the store and had them remake it. The barista around 6:45 AM on 11/16/2024 really needs to be trained better because he couldn’t distinguish the difference between Mocha and White Mocha and had me training him on the difference! At this point after making it wrong the first time, he made it wrong the second time as well. He kept telling me I was wrong even though I had the same exact drink yesterday at another location, he had a nasty attitude as well. I was on my way to work and didn’t have the time to have him make it yet again after messing it up two times and I informed him I would be back later to speak with a manager. I come in after work around 3pm and the manager had even more of a nasty attitude than her employees really shows why the environment of this store is the way it is. I spoke to her and informed her of my situation and kindly asked for either a refund or for the drink to be made don’t understand why this was such an issue. Instead she decided to have an attitude with me the whole entire time and didn’t find any solution for a PAYING CUSTOMER. She told me that I needed to show proof I was here, how do you want me to show proof when your employees also didn’t give me or offer me a receipt, I shouldn’t have to ask for a receipt! . Additionally, I told the employee I would be back later to speak with a manager. That manager, her name began with an “A” didn’t grab the full name. She sat there coming at me with her nasty attitude and telling me she “couldn’t do ” anything for me. Couldn’t give me a gift card, couldn’t remake my drink, or give a refund. I wasn’t even asking for the refund I just don’t find it fair that I had to pay $6 for something I didn’t receive correctly. I will never return to this store ever again unless my situation can be made right. I am here constantly and never have been a huge fan of the customer service, but it’s right on my way to work. Starbucks management what can you do to make my situation right for a very unhappy customer. With terrible service I was also treated with grave disrespect from your management team, and employees who clearly lack proper training. MAKE MY SITUATION RIGHT. Oh and when I tried calling 4 times to speak with a manager throughout the day not one person answered the phone, so please explain to me how I am supposed to communicate with management directly after my visit if no one answers the phone? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
