I asked the barista for a drink and he was ignoring me, I stood for 10 minutes and he just was staring at me, this branch is very bad don’t come here. After I waited he told me he doesn’t want to serve me and he told me to leave. Price per person: KWD 1–5 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Starbucks at Mishref Park is a wonderful spot with an inviting atmosphere, made even better by the friendly staff, especially Mr. Dudzy and Cleto. They consistently go above and beyond, making every visit enjoyable with their exceptional service and positive attitude. They truly set the standard for customer care. However, it’s disappointing to see that the store manager or supervisor doesn’t treat them in a way that reflects their dedication. Dudzy and Cleto not only deserve to stay at this branch but also deserve a raise and a promotion. Starbucks is lucky to have such committed team members, and their hard work should be recognized and rewarded. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
