District Manager Amber is amazing and really knows how to run a great team. The Mitchell, SD crew is always friendly, fast, and welcoming. They remember their customers and even their orders, which says a lot about the kind of service they provide. You can tell this crew takes pride in what they do. Always a great experience! Super great experience as a first time visitor! Barista was incredibly friendly, good conversation while making my drink. Drink was made perfectly, will become a frequent stop when passing through! Price per person: $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was on a road trip from SD to TN and decided to stop at this Starbucks to load up on coffee to put in my thermos for the trip. It was a long wait in the drive-thru (not really their fault because I frequent Starbucks across the country and that happens more often than not). The one star rating is because I was handed TWO LARGE LUKEWARM coffees!! They were double cupped (so I wouldn't burn myself she said) so I didn't know until AFTER I had started down the interstate. I have NEVER been given lukewarm coffee from Starbucks in my life. This was the most wasteful $7 I have ever spent. I really think a refund is in order here but I don't know how that would happen since I am no longer in SD. My gosh what a disappointment that was. I can not recommend this Starbucks. Food: 4
