I wanted to share my experience at the store today. My original drink was made by Jackie, and unfortunately it did not taste good, and I also felt like the interaction was not very welcoming. After that, Yasmin helped me with the situation. She asked me to wait while she remade the drink so I could decide whether I wanted a refund or to keep it. She made an amazing horchata drink, and she was very kind throughout the whole interaction. She even offered to make it in a venti cup as a favor, which I really appreciated. I also mentioned what happened to my friends, and they told me Yasmin is known for being a great barista with amazing customer service ever since she started working at this store. I just wanted to recognize her kindness and professionalism because she completely turned my experience around. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
