This location is right by my house so I would go weekly. It has really gone downhill. Is it new untrained baristas? Today I order a salted caramel cream cold brew, a drink I’ve ordered millions of times over the years. Definitely not what I received. When I asked her if it was the scccb her response was “it should be ”. Last week when I ordered the vanilla protein cream cold brew (on the app ahead of time like usual) the barista asked me when I went to pick it up how to make it? Um, I don’t know, I didn’t make any modifications to the Starbucks drink. I have also recently tried their energy refresher. It tasted like water. I told them their concentration ratio might be off, they “remade it” aka repoured it from the same thing with no attempt to fix the problem. Their cold foams lately have been just a couple bubbles at the top of the drink and they don’t pay attention to “light ice” and one time they actually didn’t put any ice at all in my cold brew (once again, no modification was requested). I lady at the drive up window is so sweet though. I just think their baristas all need some training.

This location was packed! We went through the drive thru. They were frien, and served us promptly. My grande cinnamon dolce latte was perfection.

Stopped by visiting a friend in the area, Lauren was incredibly helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend stopping by, everyone had a smile, the vibe was great and coffee came out great Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
