I called in a travel coffee this morning at 9:15, on the phone NO ONE told me they would not make the coffee until I got there and paid. I get there at 9:45 in drive through to pick up my travel coffee and they haven’t started my order, the employees acted as if it was my fault they didn’t start my order. Informed me then that if I needed the order to be ready I would need to do a mobile order. So I go in and cut the line because HELLO I had a meeting and needed the coffee. As I’m walking out with my order the incompetent and slow employees are laughing at me. Starbucks you have lost my business. Dunkin will always be better anyways. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My Carmel ribbon crunch this morning was way too sweet. It is usually never that sweet. This is the second time this has happened so I thought the first may have just been a training accident but I’m very curious as to what’s going on in there. Get it together yall. Now for reference , I haven't had a migraine in several months. My latte was very bitter. It wasn't Good at all and i'm used to it being milky and creamy. Later in the day, I had this terrible migraine and I'm sure it's because of the burnt coffee. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
