I'm an early riser so I visit the Starbucks often.....probably a little too often if you ask my husband.....but my latte is perfect and the drive thru staff is amazing, especially Dez! I love his energy and he ALWAYS has something positive and kind to say! Cheers, as I sip my delicious latte! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I frequently place mobile orders a few minutes before arriving and pick them up through the drive-thru. Every single time, I’m met with comments about how my order was “just placed,” that it may not have printed yet, or remarks said in a frustrated or dismissive tone. One employee even said, “girl, that was just placed, it’s not ready yet.” I understand how mobile orders work, but I’m confused as to why this is treated as an inconvenience. If I placed the same order verbally at the speaker, it would be made without attitude. The only difference is that payment is already completed and the order is already in the system. For an $8 coffee, I expect basic kindness and professionalism. Mobile ordering is an option Starbucks offers, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they’re doing something wrong by using it. I’m not expecting special treatment, just courtesy. Unfortunately, the repeated tone and attitude at the window have made this location uncomfortable to visit. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
