Update: I have been to Starbucks several times since my previous review and I have been pleasantly surprised. The customer service has been great! They are very friendly and helpful in the drive thru. As always my coffee order is always made to order and delicious! My coffee order is always made correctly and is delicious. Very slow service at this location. I order my coffee on the mobile app and it always takes them much longer than expected for my drink. They have no personality/warmth when you pull up to the window. The food is what you would expect but my sandwich usually lose half their cheese in the bag which doesn’t happen at other locations.
