10:41am on 6/25/26 The staff was incredibly rude. I stood at the register for a while before the barista standing there acknowledged me but not before she gave me a bunch of dirty looks, and then she proceeded to act like I was ruining her day because she had to make me a cup of tea. When I worked at sbux 20 years you got fired for acting that way toward customers, now it seems like every store you go into the baristas are miserable and treat the customers like garbage. They despise human interaction. Be better, the mom & pops and luckin are going to put you out of business

I had not been to this location since I’ve lived in Lewis center..mostly because I get Starbucks in my office but today I stopped by since I was wfh. Terri and the entire staff are genuinely amazing. While in here I saw their interaction with all customers and they remember names , orders and say things like so good to see you. I also watched them donate coffee to a local org with so much heart (stepping away during the busiest time to get their order ready, provide cups, milk and everything needed). I’ve never been to a Starbucks or any coffee house for that matter where the entire staff is so sweet. I felt soooo comfortable being in hereit’s the little things these days that make the biggest difference.

This is honestly the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every time I place a mobile order, it’s never ready when it says it will be. Today my order said it would be ready at 3:40 PM with a 5–7 minute wait, and I didn’t get my drink until 4:00 PM. What made it worse was that one of the employees saw me standing there waiting and didn’t even acknowledge me or ask my name to check my order. My drink had clearly been sitting there because by the time they finally handed it to me, it was already melted. This seems to happen almost every time I come here. What’s the point of mobile ordering if you still end up waiting 20 minutes past the ready time and no one checks on you? The service and timing here seriously need improvement. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
