EXTREMELY slow service. They do not seem familiar with the menu. One of my drinks was awful but I did not have time to wait another 10 minutes for the trainee to learn how to make it again.

Stop labeling your locations as free standing locations on Google Maps. This is company wide and very infuriating for travellers. You need to clearly label a location as inside a grocery store or target or whatever if that's the case. Some of these grocery store Starbucks even have the nerve to lie on their maps listings and claim they have a drive through... This is a waste of both of our time so please label your locations as they actually appear i.e. "Starbucks Inside Harris Teeter", "Starbucks Inside target", or simply Starbucks if it's free standing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
