Soy de sur carolina pero sin duda alguna es el mejor starbucks que e visitado y soy cliente asiduo el mejor Frapuccino que me e tomado fue en este lugar. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Y'all, just go to another location. There are two others close by, one with a drive thru. I ordered a chai latte with no ice and this is what they gave me. I confusedly asked if that was a new policy or something and the woman at the drive thru said yes and then flagged a coworker over to "deal with" me who then showed up ready for a fight and proceeded to tell me that they could fill it up for an extra charge. The drink is made of black tea concentrate, Chai pump flavoring and milk, but let's please quibble over 15 cents of ingredients. I've never been given a partially empty cup before. This location is difficult to get in and out of in addition to. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everytime I go it’s not a good experience and I went through the drive thru today and had the most rude person taking my order they also charged me an extra $2 for my drink for some reason, i checked in the app it should have been cheaper but for some reason she upcharged me on top of being so rude Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
