Honestly, I’ve just had two great experiences (this year) of stumbling into a free cup of coffee here. Two weeks ago, I guess the barista called off work, so the Harris Teeter manager was running the Starbucks. He told me he couldn’t make anything special, but he’d be happy to give me a free cup of coffee. I humbly obliged. Today, I walked up to the counter and the barista had a drink in his hand and said “What size were you going to order?” I just looked at him puzzled. Then he said, “Because I accidentally just made the wrong drink and you could just have this one.” (I think his name was Chris, so props to him) All in all, I’m happy walking over to this Starbucks in the Teeter as opposed to fighting hordes for the one around the corner. Cheers to these people! Service: 5
