They are nice, but dont quite get it. I ordered a macchiato (which is just espresso and foam) but computer couldn't do it (only carmel macchiato is available), so I changed it to Cortado just to make things easier. Since they were out of small lids, they gave me a bigger cup and added more milk free of charge. Macchiato's dont have milk, just foam...but because i was being nice, I instead ended up with a cup of milk with a little bit of espresso, the exact opposite of what I originally wanted. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 4

Stopped here both weekend mornings, and it was probably the best Starbucks customer service experience we've ever had. The nicest cashier even though they forgot my coffee on the first day. I didn't even care, because they gave me good energy for the rest of our day. They made my kid a great 16th birthday beverage as well! Sadly, we'll never be in Rantoul again, but if only all Starbucks treated their guests as they did! Price per person: $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
