I had an Uber Eats pickup just now. I arrived early and notified the staff of my arrival. Ten minutes pass, and I can see the restaurant is busy. I know it's midday on Friday. I've been to thousands of Starbucks in my life. Another ten minutes pass, but now I'm staring at the order on the counter not being packaged. Drinks melting, food getting cold. I've been there for 20 minutes now. I'm expected to be at the customers doorstep at this moment now. So, I ask if that's the order I'm waiting on, which causes a panic about where the order is that I'm pointing at. I raise my voice, because they're being loud in their chaos, that it's two drinks and a sandwich. A female staff member with glasses snaps at me and proceeds to be condescending about how it's busy. No apology, just an excuse and attitude. I had no problem being patient, and gave the staff plenty of grace but the order would've sat there if I didn't say anything. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The ice at this place is NASTY tasting! Please add a water filter system to your ice machines and clean them more often! The ice is huge pieces (not the nugget ice you can get at other Starbucks stores nearby) And it taste like dirty nasty water. Completely ruins your coffee!! The days that I have to go here instead of rerouting to a different location, I ask for light ice, and the barista always ignores it. Dumps a ton of nasty ice in it still! So gross!!! Do Yourself a favor and switch to nugget ice like the rest of the Starbucks, or at least use a filter on your water and ice machines!!! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
