Saborea despacio el estupendo café que aquí sirven pensando solo en tu disfrute. Las calificaciones tan altas de Starbucks serían imposibles de lograr sin un atento personal. Un gran número de clientes dicen que el servicio es gratificante. Este lugar, con su confortable atmósfera, puede ser un buen sitio para cenar durante el camino. Pero este lugar ha recibido una valoración por debajo de la media en Google.

I’m only giving this Starbucks 3 stars because the guy who helped us was kind and apologetic, even though my drink was messed up. Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating. The drive-thru customers were served much faster than those of us who placed mobile orders and had to park and go inside to pick them up. It honestly felt like mobile orders were an afterthought. It also appeared that the “manager” (a woman standing off to the side) was mostly observing while it looked like only two people were actually working, which made everything take forever. When our final drink was finally ready, it was dropped, and we ended up leaving with one less drink after already waiting so long. I understand busy moments happen, but better management and balance between drive-thru and mobile orders would really improve the experience at this Starbucks.
