I ordered a matcha latte with "little ice," but the cup was filled to the brim with ice. They didn't listen to the order properly; they showed no care and seemed like they couldn't be bothered to do their job.

This establishment is large and clean. My only complaint is if you just want to meet friends for a cup of coffee, it's impossible to get a seat. I guess it's the free wifi that keeps people parked at a table or sitting area for more than an hour. I was impressed with one person's laptop setup that would enable him to be there for quite a while. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

My son’s caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino was phenomenal, the best he says. It is now his favorite drink. My husband and I got salted caramel mocha’s. They weren’t as good, too much salt and not enough chocolate; we did not bother to have them remade as we were desperate for immediate caffeine. The kids got cake pops which they liked but said they were too sugary. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: It was definitely a chill Starbucks with very comfortable furniture. We hung out for a while. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Dietary restrictions: Idk
