I’m a Starbucks Reserve member and had a really disappointing experience at this location today around noon. The gentleman working the drive-thru refused to give me a simple cup of water because I wasn’t making a purchase. I’ve never been treated this way at any Starbucks before. What made it worse was the way it was handled — I felt embarrassed and humiliated being turned away over something that’s typically considered a basic courtesy. Loyal customers should be treated with respect, especially over a complimentary cup of water. This interaction left a very negative impression, and this exactly how you lose a customer you’ve had for life. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Starbucks is never my first option for an iced matcha, but I really wanted one on a hot day. I have had it before at other locations, but the one I got here was quite sour. I was so sad. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I usually love Starbucks especially my usual location off pierce but every time I visit this location there is always something off with their drinks. Not sure how I ended up paying almost $6 for practically water. Was supposed to be a Strawberry Acai refresher. To top it off, came with ONE inclusion just save the trip & visit a different location if you want a quality drink Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
