I have been a loyal customer of the Starbucks Oruba branch in Riyadh for the past eight years, and it has consistently remained my favourite branch. What makes this location truly special is not only the quality and consistency of the service, but the exceptional way the team treats its customers. Both the long standing team members and the newer employees maintain an impressively high level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. I would especially like to mention Mohammed Eid, whose outstanding attitude and dedication to customer service truly make a difference. Having travelled extensively and lived between the UK and Saudi Arabia, I have visited many Starbucks locations around the world. Honestly, there is no comparison the level of service, hospitality and attention to detail at this branch and in Saudi Arabia in general as its on another level.
