The service is very bad I order ice Spanish latte it's already made I didn't see them to make my order that's why the taste of my coffee is watery

I had coffee three four times from this outlet. But was not upto standard I even stopped drinking coffee from starbucks. There is no coffee taste at all. Staff was terrible , as they are not respecting customer, they were soo rude to give a good customer service. At this point i am so so disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
