I had an outstanding experience at Starbucks today (15 June at 9:38 AM), thanks to Abdullah. I was running extremely late for an important meeting and was feeling quite stressed, but Abdullah’s professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude completely changed my morning. He prepared my coffee perfectly and in record time without compromising on quality. What impressed me even more was his genuine kindness and welcoming spirit. Despite the busy morning rush, he remained calm, friendly, and attentive, making me feel valued as a customer. His warm smile and positive energy are a true reflection of exceptional customer service. Employees like Abdullah make all the difference. He turned a stressful situation into a great experience, and I left with not only an excellent coffee but also a much better mood. Starbucks is fortunate to have someone with such dedication, professionalism, and wonderful character on their team. I really appreciate how professional and welcoming the staff are — they handle customers with great respect and efficiency, which makes the experience enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the outdoor area. It was noticeably dusty and not very clean, which creates an unpleasant vibe, especially in the early morning when you just want to relax and enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee. Unfortunately, some of the tables were also not properly cleaned. With a little more attention to outdoor cleanliness, this place could offer a much better overall experience. I want to share may experience here at starbucks reserved the staff was friendly..and i try their iced matcha latte that was a perfect taste unlike the others...thank you to the friendly staff who make my iced matcha latte ms laila and also mr Edrward for a warm welcome...surely i will visit again here...
