ordered a drink this morning and it was wrong so i went in and talked to this tall girl on the machine. nametag said tessa. asked for a remake and she had the audacity to argue with me and say it wasn’t made wrong even tho i get this every single day. she ended up remaking it with a big old attitude. she needs to be trained in customer service again. this is the first issue i’ve had at this location too Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I ordered and sat nearby the front counter and I saw the girl who told me she was in charge there with the black hair clearly talk bad about other customers and comment on their weight. It was truly a disgusting thing to witness. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
