The staff at this location are always kind and hardworking! However, very frequently when I order here, they get my order messed up. I'll order an oatmilk latte and receive a chai latte instead, even though "Hot Latte / Oatmilk" is printed on my drink sticker. I usually don't have time to ask for a remake, as I'm on my way to work when ordering. It's disappointing to so frequently receive the wrong drink, otherwise the service here is exceptional. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
