I think that I’m finally done with Starbucks. I was in the Rochester Hills location today, and they were extremely busy, so I tried to be as patient and polite as possible, but after waiting 16 minutes already and watching many people who ordered after me leave with their orders, I asked if there was an order for Dave coming up. One girl pawned me off on another and that girl told me that I was coming up. I said that I only asked because it had already been fifteen minutes to which the first girl rudely replied that it’s Christmas Eve and that there are a million other orders. So I waited another 10 Minutes patiently before she asked me what my order was and realized that no one bothered to print up stickers for my order. So she finally made my order and without so much as an apology, semi politely told me to have a nice day. Mistakes happen and it’s Christmas Eve and we’re all busy and stressed, I get it. But I go to Starbucks because they’re supposed to be a cut above the rest. I don’t want to pay $5.75 for a latte and wait 30 Minutes for it, and I don’t believe that I will be anymore......

Stopped in today for a hot chocolate, went to go drink it an found a good 3 inches from the top not filled up on a Large very dissappointing. I waited 15 minutes for 3 drinks all large didnt check them till 5 minutes later and found my hot chocolate not filled up. Payed for a large got a medium. Service has gone down as well as the drinks since the move to the new store. Not sure Ill go back to this one for a while.
