Please get off your headsets and pay attention to the paying customers. Made my drink wrong (again). Tried to correct it but like last time I was at this location, the staff is literally having an entire conversation with others on their headset and not listening. This is the only Rochester location with this issue and it seems to be a problem with a lot of other customers based on these reviews. The prices are too high for this. To the staff: please get of your group chat and do you job.

Young business professionals rejoice for this particular Starbys had a few seats left for the upwardly mobile on their mobiles. The quiet intensity of a strong handful of focused minds looking into the digital void will really make you appreciate that grande cream with coffee and you will imagine that you were one of them... Each a sun, a star, a laser beam, etching its message across the heavens of what it really means to reply all. It's a great place. Very courteous staff. You'll do no better in corporate coffee cafes. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Ask for a Venti shaken espresso and get what looks like a talls worth. The sippy cup is bigger. Starbucks makes a XXL size drinks?? Food: 5 Service: 5
