this is easily one of the worst starbucks in the spring area. it’s the closest to me so i always end up going back out of convenience, but at this point im willing to drive further. I’ve ordered here the last two days, both days were for pick up. The first day, I showed up to pick up my order and only the food was ready, which is no big deal. The issue is the actually glacial speed the employees were moving at. I understand mobile orders have a set time for how long orders can take to prepare, but there was genuinely no reason for her to be taking that long to make my drink, there was barely anyone inside the store. Today, I ordered a refresher, my food again was out instantly. The employee proceeded to take TEN MINUTES to make a 30 second drink. For reference, I used to work at starbucks and also have a very close family member who is a shift leader at another spring location. It just simply should not take that long to make. It’s ridiculous, it wasn’t even busy. I think i’ve had it with this location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Second day in a row that the uber app allows me to order a sandwich but yet on site they say they’re out of it. This location is also slow about updating the status of any uber order. Employees are friendly once they acknowledge you’re waiting for your order. Atmosphere is clean but not enough seating. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
