I have been coming here for the past few weeks around 5:30-6pm and it takes them about 10-15 minutes just to bring me my one bakery item and coffee (standard order) I know things take time but this has been a problem for multiple days!! If your employees are not hustling they should not be your employee Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

To the Starbucks Customer Care Team, I would like to share feedback regarding a recent mobile order experience. On April 17, 2026, I placed an order through the Starbucks app at 8:00 AM. The app indicated an expected completion time of 8:30 AM due to longer-than-usual wait times. I received the first item, a cappuccino, at 8:55 AM — 25 minutes past the quoted time. Upon receiving the order, I noted the following issues: • The food items were served cold. • The second coffee was not prepared and was left incomplete, awaiting cream. As a frequent Starbucks customer and avid traveler, I’ve experienced excellent service at many locations worldwide. Unfortunately, this particular visit fell well below the standard I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. I am sharing this so the store team has an opportunity to address the delay and order accuracy issues. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
