I always come to this location and never have any issues with customer service. But today as I approached to order i was already getting a bad vibe from the cashier she presented me with a slight smile and a look that demonstrated she didn't want to be there. I had ordered my drink and forgot to mention I wanted it iced, I said it right before the other person started making my order, she gave me a look and rolled her eyes and then proceeded to tell the other person that its supposed to be iced. I shouldn't make this a huge issue I understand I messed up to mention it was supposed to be iced. But they should be asking us if its hot or iced as other Starbucks I've gone to do ask that before making our drinks. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
