I have to give a compliment to the staff at this location. The indoor cafe area wasn’t packed but the drive thru was very busy. Despite this, I felt very seen the moment I walked up to the counter. They addressed me immediately, let me know they’d help whenever I was ready, and yet they remained focused on their tasks as well. They called out completed orders loud + clear. It felt like a well-oiled machine. I might’ve been waiting only a few minutes until I got my order. There was a slight mishap with my food order - one of the workers calling out the orders told me not to worry about it and keep the incorrect food item I received while they heated up the one I ordered. They handled the situation with kindness + professionalism, all while managing the demand of an ever-growing drive thru line. I wish I had asked the worker her name who handed me my latte - whoever she is (working today, 3/16 at 10:30 am or so), brown hair pulled back and black short sleeve t-shirt. You’re amazing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stop then yesterday to do some shopping and picked up a coffee with my husband. Please make the line where you're supposed to start and begin it causes commotion. Not at all a fun coffee experience. The girl behind made the entire thing worse than it needed to be.

Just walked up at 7:59 PM. I get in line, she takes a second but comes up to me, looks at the register and says "we're closed". I say "are you??" She says "we we closed at eight and it JUST hit eight" . Really? The girl saw me walk up at 7:59 and lollygagged as long as she could so she Could tell me it's now eight and they are closed so didn't have to work anymore lol . There was nobody in front of me or behind me, she very well could've still made the drink Service: 1
