Employees are nice and polite but really sloppy! One (of many) examples: I ordered decaf Earl Gray and asked for a ceramic cup because I was going to sit there to get some work done. They forgot about my order while people who came after me got their drinks and left. I reminded the guy behind the counter that I was still waiting for my decaf Earl Gray. He responded that they didn’t have decaf Earl Gray (so, why did the other guy charged me for it?!) I told them a regular one would be fine too. Another two minutes and I got a disposable cup! I didn’t feel like arguing. Got that cup and sat down. The music was too loud and made it hard to focus. After 5 minutes I noticed they had stuffed TWO Earl Grey tea bags in the disposable cup. So, they over caffeinate for someone who asks for decaf? This is just one example of many sloppy work at this location over the years. I give them three stars for politeness. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
