As someone who keeps my baby all day and then has to go to work late into the evening hours some nights, most days we stay home so I can be ready to leave for work by the time my husband gets off. This morning, I was feeling a little antsy and remembered I had a Starbucks gift card I'd been saving. I can't go get my hair done, nails, or go shopping, but you know what I can do? Go use this gift card and get myself a coffee! I got us ready and loaded up, just to have the worst experience of my life at the Woodway Starbucks location. I have never left a bad review for any establishment or made a post about a bad experience, but this time it was needed. As a mom, getting that coffee today was probably the only thing I will go out of my way to get for myself this week, and I was met with extremely rude, no respect, and a complete lack of any kind of customer service or friendliness from the barista taking my order and checking me out. She was yelling into my car, pretty much throwing the straws my direction, and almost dropping my drink because she was rushing me out of the line so quickly. She never made eye contact with me, but she pushed that little tip option completely through my car window. I would've asked to speak to a manager, but she slammed those windows shut so fast. Again, I get that everyone has off days (trust me), but this was one small thing I was able to do for myself today, and I was really looking forward to it, but it was completely ruined by a lack of respect for someone besides yourself and self-awareness. Oh, and my drink wasn't even full ：） A little kindness goes a long way. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
