I've been a loyal customer at this location Monday-Friday for over five years, but unfortunately I won't be returning. The staff has changed, and so have the attitudes. My drink has been made incorrectly multiple times by the same employee (Alexis). I've never complained before, but this time I asked for it to be remade because the order clearly stated "no cinnamon," and I'm mildly allergic to it. She looked at me, didn't say a word, and walked away to help someone else at the counter. I wasn't expecting to be helped first, but I did expect to be acknowledged instead of feeling completely ignored. This isn't the first time she's come across as unwelcoming or unfriendly. I'll be going to the new location up the hill. The service here just isn't worth it anymore. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

Rude barista! Visited today at around 2 pm, the only lady barista was very rude and made me feel unwelcome, as if I was bothering her. Super disappointed as long time customer! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t usually go to Starbucks but I’m glad I went to this one. The barista Peter was super nice and helpful and made my drink just how I like it. Will definitely be coming back Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
