I came into your store yesterday. There was a bit of a queue, waited for 10minutes. Heard the server talking about his manager to the customer in front of me saying that she was vile to him. Now at this point I still hadn’t been served and I think it’s unprofessional to be talking about colleagues like that, you want a nice atmosphere not negative while getting your drink. I finally get to the front to be served by a man Called Mark, he told me that I wouldn’t want the drink I was ordering, and to try this instead. I’m fuzzy and know what I want but he was dead set that this drink would be better. Honestly it has put me off coming back to you guys. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
