This is a must try when visiting Cabo. My boyfriend and I loved everything about this place! We started with the seared scallops, TO DIE FOR!! The cauliflower risotto they sit on top of was immaculate. We got steaks for our main and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. For sides we got the creamed spinach and baked potato. Let me tell you, best baked potato I’ve ever had!!! Drinks are also good. The ambience is sexy and sultry and makes you feel like you’re in a Mob movie. It is fairly quiet, but not in a bad way. The staff was phenomenal! Extremely friendly and attentive. At the end of the night we ordered cheesecake to go and got some other treats to take with us. Steven (I believe his name was) finished our dinner with a coffee cocktail called a Carajillo. THE BEST DAMN THING IVE EVER DRANK. Highly highly recommend this place. What a surprise to find this amazing place in cabo san lucas mexico. Five of us crossed the street over to splash after having drinks at cabo wabo cantina. We had the time of our life at splash! most beautiful girls and great service. Manager angel was making sure we got taken care of like VIP's. Can't wait to get back to cabo and visit splash again.
